Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Palolem Casa, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring clarity for our guests.


1. Cancellation by Guest

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings canceled 7 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Bookings canceled between 3–6 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows will not be refunded.


2. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to check out before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be applicable for the unused nights.


3. Modification of Booking

  • Date changes are subject to availability.

  • Any change request must be made at least 72 hours before check-in.


4. Cancellation by Palolem Casa

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An option to reschedule the stay at no extra cost.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation date.

  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
