Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Palolem Casa, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring clarity for our guests.
1. Cancellation by Guest

Free Cancellation: Bookings canceled 7 days or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Bookings canceled between 3–6 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows will not be refunded.
2. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to check out before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be applicable for the unused nights.
3. Modification of Booking

Date changes are subject to availability.

Any change request must be made at least 72 hours before check-in.
4. Cancellation by Palolem Casa
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

A full refund, or

An option to reschedule the stay at no extra cost.
5. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation date.

The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
