Welcome to Palolem Casa. By confirming a booking, you (“Guest”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions that govern your stay at Palolem Casa.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full (or as otherwise agreed in writing).

  • All prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the reservation.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

  • Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

  • No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

  • Guests must report any damages, issues, or maintenance needs immediately to management.

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors.

  • Parties or events are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing by management.

  • The registered guest is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all occupants and visitors.

5. Property Damage

  • The guest is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss to the property or its contents during their stay.

  • Any repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest’s credit card or deducted from the security deposit.

  • Please treat Palolem Casa with care — it’s our home as much as it is your holiday getaway.

6. Personal Belongings and Valuables

Palolem Casa is not responsible for any personal belongings, valuables, or items left at the property after check-out.
Guests are kindly advised to ensure that they have collected all belongings before departure.
If any items are found, we’ll do our best to assist in returning them at the guest’s request and expense, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

7. Liability

  • The management and property owner shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using its facilities.

  • By accepting these Terms, guests assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their companions.

  • Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance for their stay.

8. Privacy and Data

  • Personal information provided by the guest will be used solely for booking and communication purposes.

  • Palolem Casa does not share or sell guest information to third parties, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Goa, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Goa.
